Arrival to your Massage
New, first time clients are asked to arrive 15 min early to their first appointment. This allows time to fill out the appropriate client forms. Established clients should arrive 5 min before their scheduled time. All massage appointments have a specific time schedule, and early arrival allows for a relaxed, unhurried start to your massage. If a late arrival is inevitable, please call to let us know. (See Late Arrival section below.) Please take possible delays for traffic, weather, and parking in to account for your arrival time.
Please provide a 24 hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your massage. This gives us enough time to fill the slot, and allows someone on our waitlist to get an appointment. If you are unable to do so, and miss your appointment, you will be considered No Call/No Show, and will be charged in full for your missed appointment. * At this time, due to the COVID-19 crisis, we are waving the fee for cancelling less than 24 hours before your massage. If you start to feel sick, anyone in your home is starting to get sick, or you find that you have been exposed to someone that is COVID positive, give us a call, and we will reschedule your appoinement for free, up to the start time of your appointment. Please help us to keep our staff, our clients, and their families safe by canceling if you meet these criteria, and we will not charge you for the late cancellation.
Due to our busy schedule, treatment sessions have a specific time allotment, therefore we regret to inform you that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointment times. If you arrive up to 10 min late, your remaining time will be accommodated as a shortened session, and you are still responsible for the cost of the entire time that was scheduled. If we have not heard from you by 15 min late, you will be considered No Call/No Show, and will be charged in full for your missed appointment.
No Call/No Show
Clients who do not show for an appointment without cancelling are still responsible for payment in full for the missed session. Repeated no shows could result in no longer being allowed to pre-schedule appointments, and being asked to call for same-day openings, when available.
Unfortunately, we do not accept walk-in appointments. Please call ahead to make an appointment.
We are trained and prepared to work with minors at our clinic. If the child is under 18 years old, we will ask a parent or guardian to be present at the first appointment. Subsequent appointments, the parent or guardian can stay at our clinic, or must be there for drop-off and pickup, and needs to be easily reachable if we need to contact you during the session.
Payment is due in full at time of service. We do not bill any insurance, including major medical plans, car accidents, and L&I. All purchases, including prepay packages and gift certificates, are final. Your massage therapy records are kept in the strictest confidence by this clinic. All client records are kept in a secure place, and only those who need to see a client's file for legitimate business purposes have access to them. Your records will not be released to third parties, including health care providers and insurance companies, without your written consent. Records may be surrendered if required by law.
Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Requests for sexualized massage, even in jest, is considered solicitation by local authorities, and will be reported as such. Suggestive comments and sexual innuendos, as well as inappropriate touching of yourself or touching the therapist during the session is not allowed. These actions will result in the immediate termination of the session, and our full fee will be expected.
Right of Refusal
In accordance with local laws, we reserve our right to refuse service at any time.
All Sales are Final
All sales are final. This includes prepay packages and gift certificates. If you are unable to use any of your prepaid services, they may be trensfered to someone else. There are no refunds, as they are considered final sales.
